Northern Precision Products, Inc. (NPP) was acquired by Mary Nagengast and her brother-in-law Bernard Nagengast, on July 9, 2004. The company has operated at its current location on Mackinaw Trail in LeRoy, Michigan since being founded in 1985.

In 2009 Mary retired and Bernie bought her ownership shares. The following year, Bruce Hoffman (NPP's Director of Operations) bought a minority share of stock in the company.

Today NPP employs 45 people and has annual revenues of over $8 million. With a specialization in precision machined components in brass, steel, aluminum and stainless steel, NPP is committed to quality and delivering on the promise.

Since the Nagengast purchase in 2004, Northern Precision Products, Inc. has achieved ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification, purchased additional machines, implemented new information systems, and focused on lean manufacturing principles. In recent years we have expanded our machining capacity and capabilities, invested in automated inspection technology, and formed an Advisory Board of Directors.
