Bernie graduated from the University of Michigan with two degrees: Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. He has prior experience with Volkswagen of America and worked for 15 years in manufacturing consulting. As the President and COO he is responsible for business planning and strategy, and overall thought leadership. He is one of the co-leaders of the company’s Management Committee.

Bruce Hoffman
Director of Operations
Bruce graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He has significant executive experience at several Tier One automotive suppliers, including serving in such roles as the Director of Operations and Chief Financial Officer. As the NPP Director of Operations, he is responsible for managing daily plant operations, and serves in the role of production control/MIS manager. He is one of the co-leaders of the company’s Management Committee.

Value Analysis Engineer
Adrian graduated from GMI (Kettering University) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked extensively as an engineer in product design for Chrysler Corporation and component suppliers to the military. As the value analysis engineer, he is responsible for estimating and quoting new business, conducting product launch meetings, APQP, engineering, root cause analysis, and is a member of the company’s Management Committee.

CNC and Second Operations Supervisor
Chuck has worked for over 25 years in the machining industry, extensively as a CNC operator and programmer for a top 25 Tier One automotive supplier. As the CNC and Second Operations Supervisor, he is responsible for estimating new CNC machining requirements, programming the CNC machines, optimizing existing job performance, managing the secondary operations and pack departments, conducting root cause analysis, and is a member of the company’s Management Committee.

Robert has worked for over 17 years in the screw machine industry first as an operator, then as a setup man and production supervisor. As the NPP First Shift Supervisor, he is responsible for overseeing many aspects of first shift operations including machining, maintenance and quality, and is a member of the company’s Management Committee.

Sherri has 18 years of experience at Northern Precision Products in customer service and office administration roles. She has attended course offerings on supervision, root cause analysis and human resource management. She serves as the company’s training coordinator and is responsible for customer relations, order processing, bookkeeping, shipping, human resources and is a member of the company’s Management Committee.

More recently John served as a Quality Engineer for a machine shop serving the aerospace and automotive industries. As the Quality Manager John is the company’s ISO/TS management representative and leader of several quality improvement initiatives. He is a member of the company’s Management Committee.
